You agree to use NexTools AI only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use scrapers, spider bots, or bulk automation tools to extract tool metadata, descriptions, or our proprietary unit dictionaries for commercial database creation without written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security features, client-side scripts, or routing engines of the platform.
• Inject malicious code, files, or parameters into inputs to disrupt other users' client-side performance.

04 Intellectual Property

All content on NexTools AI — including written descriptions, SEO guides, custom UI styles, graphics, logo icons, mathematical equations implementation, and multilingual code databases — is owned by or licensed to Atanico Digital Solutions and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may use our outputs (e.g., generated tables, parsed strings, images converted from videos, customized CSS box-shadow scripts) freely for personal, educational, and commercial projects. However, direct copying, republishing, or reselling of the NexTools AI platform or layout code is strictly prohibited.

05 User-Submitted Content & Local Media

For tools like "Image to Text (OCR)" or "Video to Image Converter", you load local files into your browser:

• You represent and warrant that you own or possess the rights to any media you process.
• Because calculations and text extractions are executed inside your local browser memory, NexTools AI does not upload, review, or store your documents or media. You retain full rights to your content.

06 Advertising & Google AdSense

To sustain our server resources, sitemap updates, and tool creation, NexTools AI is free to use. We may display third-party advertisements in the future, including ads served by Google AdSense.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atanico Digital Solutions and NexTools AI shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Financial losses, missed investment gains, or interest calculation variances.
• Data loss, device failure, or bugs resulting from local browser execution.

Because NexTools AI is a free utility platform requiring no subscription or service fee, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your usage of the site is capped at exactly INR 0 (zero).

08 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising from your use of NexTools AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
